Today, nearly half of LGBTQIA+ workers report experiencing some form of unfair treatment at work in their lives. Trans individuals are twice as likely to experience job denial or discrimination. In their lifetime, 17% of LGBTQIA+ people report being homeless at some point in their lives, compared to 6% of the general population.

WE ELEVATE
Through Miss International Queen USA™, an official preliminary to Miss International Queen™, focused on creating World Equality, we provide training and development to the LGBTQIA+ community and elevate awareness of Trans lives through impactful volunteer programs, education, and charitable events.
WE CREATE OPPORTUNITY
The LGBTQIA+ community continues to face barriers to employment across the United States. Our goal is to provide educational workshops focused on resume writing, career coaching, and advisement, as well as small business coaching at no cost to participants.
WE BUILD BRIDGES
We create meaningful alliances with other non-profits that share our commitment to creating solutions to employment, homelessness, and social injustice for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Be the Transformational Change Fund is proud to bring the first official preliminary to the Miss International Queen™ pageant here to the United States.
The mission of the pageant is to elevate LGBTQIA+ and Transgender awareness and equality in both society and the workforce, with all the monetary pageant profits going towards programs to drive change for the LGBTQIA+ community.
